WHO ARE WE?
My Cowdenbeath CIC is a registered community interest company – meaning we are a business with charitable aims and cannot make profits for shareholders, any profits must be reinvested in the organisation.
We are registered with Companies House since May 2022 as a ‘community interest company’, registration number SC731539.
Our Board of Directors is made up of local residents who meet regularly to drive forward the objectives of the organisation and progress our plans, based on community research and insights.

Our annual report and accounts will be available here after each reporting period ends. Our annual reporting period runs from 1st April to 31st March, with accounts due to HMRC within 9 months of the year end. Details on our funders will be included in our annual report published each year.

CHARITY LOCK
As a Community interest Company, we are required to nominate a charitable organisation of our choosing to receive any assets should our organisation close for any reason.
The Trustees agreed to nominate a fantastic good cause helping so many families in the Cowdenbeath Area: HOME-START COWDENBEATH
